How do I list my property?
The owners of serviced apartment(s) can list their property online through the website with ease, through a secure process. If you have not registered with us, you are first required to fill in a form giving your contact details. If you have already registered with us, just click on the “list property” link and fill in your username & password. Through the listing process, each page asks you for specific information, which will only help to attract the customer. We have also provided for you to upload photographs of your property through the online listing process. Once you have successfully entered all the details required, the listing will be displayed on the website within 24 hours.

How do I search for suitable properties in each city?
If you have already decided your destination city, all you need to do is click on the suitable continent in the map on the main page and thereafter select the country and then the city from the adjoining drop-down lists. You will be directly taken to the page listing all the properties in that city. Once you click on any one listing, all the details for that property will be shown on the Property Details page.

How can I decide whether a property is within the budget that I have assigned in my home currency?
Our Tools & Utilities section provides for a currency converter and area calculator and also provides basic city information. Thus, if you see the rates quoted in the local currency of the property location, all you need to do is enter the numbers in the currency converter and choose your currency. It allows you the ease of assigning budgets and making bookings promptly from your home or office, just with the few clicks of a button.

What should I do if I want Servicedhomes to find suitable properties for me or I am unable to find a suitable property myself?
All you need to do is fill in a simple form provided on the main page called Quick Enquiry. Servicedhomes will shortlist properties for you and will send to you the list by email. Do not forget to enter a valid email address to enable us to respond to you promptly.

Is there any section for registered users only?
The services offered through this site are absolutely free and the user can access all the information without having to register. Only if a property owner wishes to list a property online or if a customer wishes to confirm a booking, registration is required. Moreover, if a customer wishes to modify or cancel a booking online, then the customer is required to login using the registration details already provided.

How do I book the property?
Once you have viewed the Property Details and are interested in making a booking, all you need to do is click on the Book button at the bottom of the Property Details page. If you are a new user, you will be asked to register yourself. If you are an existing user, you will be required to enter your login details and a form will be provided requesting you to fill in details like your duration of stay, no. of guests, etc. Once this form is submitted, Servicedhomes shall promptly respond after confirming the booking with the property owner.

How can I modify or cancel a booking which has already been confirmed to me by Servicedhomes?
We have provided for a help desk on the main page, essentially for customers to make modifications or cancellations. Certain modifications in booking or cancellations can have a cost implication, depending on the policy of the serviced apartment owner.

How can I check for any special deals being offered by Servicedhomes?
We have provided for Hot Deals on the main page, giving options of special rates or discounted rates being offered by serviced apartment owners in certain cities. If you are getting a better deal through any other website or agency, please do intimate to us with valid documentation of such deals and we will try to atleast match the deal, if not make it better.

If I am traveling to a city for a popular event, can I view a quick shortlist?
Most popular events are listing in our Worldwide Events section. All you need to do is select the event in our list and you will be provided a list of properties in the city in which the event is scheduled to take place. Thus, it allows you to quickly search for suitable properties and make a prompt booking.

As a regular customer on the website, how do I intimate Servicedhomes if there is any change in my contact details?
You are free to use the My Account section which allows you to edit your profile. Alternatively, you can always simply send an email to us.
